Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how A&S Tile Stone and Marble ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects the information you send us, including through our Facebook and Instagram request forms.
Information we collect
When you send us a request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and your answers about your project, such as what you want done and when you want to start. We may also receive basic information about the ad you responded to.
How we use your information
We use your information to contact you about your request, call you to talk through your project, set up a time to measure and give you a price, send you a confirmation email, and keep a record of our conversation.
Phone calls and email
When you send a request, you are asking us to contact you about your project. We will call you and may email you about that request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by telling us on the phone or by email.
Text messages
We do not send automated or marketing text messages to people who send us a request through these forms.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We work with a marketing company that runs our ads and stores your request in our customer management system so we are notified when you reach out. They use your information only to provide that service to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access.
